Who we are

Carbon Neutral Approach (“we”, “us”) provides remote infrastructure and MEP advisory services, based in South Africa. For any privacy-related request you can reach us at info@carbonneutralapproach.com.

What we collect

We only collect what you choose to send us and what is needed to run the site:

• Form submissions. Your name, company, email address, phone number, project details and any documents you attach when you contact us.
• Analytics data. Anonymous, aggregated information about how the site is used, collected only if you accept analytics cookies.
• Cookies. A small first-party cookie that records your cookie choice, and analytics cookies that load only with your consent.

Why we collect it

Information you submit through a form is used solely to respond to your enquiry and to prepare a practical initial assessment. Analytics data is used only to understand and improve the website. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Cookies

On your first visit a banner lets you choose “Essential only” or “Accept all”. Essential cookies, including the cookie that stores this very choice, are always active because the site cannot function without them. Non-essential cookies, such as analytics, are loaded only after you select “Accept all”. Your choice is remembered for 365 days, and you can change it any time by clearing your browser cookies.

Third-party services

To protect our forms from spam and abuse we use Google reCAPTCHA, which is subject to the Google Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. If website analytics are enabled, they are provided by a third party under their own privacy policy and load only with your consent.

Data retention and your rights

We keep enquiry information only as long as needed to respond to and manage your request, after which it is deleted. Under the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA), and, for visitors in the EU, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected, and to have it deleted.
